Many X-Men get stuck with their code names as their full names and that's unfortunately what happened to Glob! His full name is Robert Herman. Knowing that there are multiple characters with the name Robert in X-Men may have caused Glob's creator Grant Morission to go with a name that's less common, and more ideal for a squishy pink character. So far, he hasn't really been called.
